- Seminar 1:Thursday, January 17: Orientation and Getting Started!
EP Target Due Date: By Jan. 31, EP design, Categories 1, 2, & 5, plus revised phil. of education/def. of literacies/content area statement drafted.
- Seminar 2:Thursday, February 7: Classroom Management: University Supervisors Panel
EP Target Due Date: By Feb. 14, EP Categories 4, 6, & 7, plus your resume -- drafted. You also need to have consulted with your CT about the Positive Impact on Student Learning assignment & be able to identify focus of plan and instructional activities.
-Seminar 3:Thursday, February 21:Focus Topic _
EP Target Due Date: By Feb. 28, EP Category 3, Impact on Student Learning, planned out, and your annotated list of websites -- drafted. You should also have Impact plan revised and ready to go (received feedback from CT & US); you should also have an early March date schedule for implementation.
- Seminar 4:Thursday, March 14:Focus Topic _
EP Target Due Date: By March 21, EP Catefory 3, Positive Impact on Student Learning, should be complete -- this means that you've taught the lesson(s), completed the write up, etc. If impact was NOT positive, you need to plan revision asap. You also need to begin to fill in the EP rubric with all of your artifacts & required materials, and fill in self scores where applicable.
EP Target Due Date: By April 4, review all EP categories, artifacts, & reflections for completeness and quality, plus draft your Final Summative Reflection on the EP Experience. If applicable, by April 4, Impact re-do should be complete -- all components.
- Seminar 5:Thursday, April 18: Closure +Focus Topic _
EP Target Due Date: By April 18, you should have a complete draft of your portfolio. For the week leading up to the due date, revise carefully!
